The staff here was awesome! The employee name Dory when I call to ask if they had the odd size I needed she texted me pictures and prices we went there and the owner blessed us with a great price and helped us out with extra carpet padding also I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. We have used Great Floors for two projects in our home, and had excellent service both times. The first project was when we were looking for a large rug to fit our living room. I was able to purchase a roll of carpet, and they cut and bound the edges for me. They did a great job and even bound the extra "scrap" that was left-over on the roll at no cost, giving us two additional rugs! We also recently had a small section of carpet replaced/added in our home, steps and a small landing. I measured the area myself, and it took less than 10 minutes to choose and purchase the carpet while at the store. They don't install the carpet, but they work with contractors and scheduled it for us while I was at the store. The carpet installer was on time and very professional.
