Terrible person / business - we sold Steve my parents Lexus, he never registered it and used it for his rental business. We kept receiving tickets and then got a report that the vehicle was wrecked and that we had to go pay the fees etc. Steve the owner also never reimbursed us for the last ticket they received for $85. Huge nightmare! I would avoid this person and business! If I could give a 0/5 I would in a heartbeat for what he put me and my parents though.

We needed a 15 passenger van at somewhat last minute on a holiday weekend. I was a little hesitant at first because at the time of our rental, the owner was working from a home office due to Covid-19 effecting his industry. I was concerned the pick up and drop off might be a hassle. It was a breeze! He had all the paperwork ready when I picked it up and we had a no contact drop off. They go out their way to earn your business. If you value customer service, this is the way to go over the large corporations.

The best company ever. Locally owned, run by a sweet couple, extremely accommodating, excellent service. I rented from them many times for Many Oregon road trips and can't recommend them enough. I haven't been in Oregon in a while and I miss them actually. There are not many companies where you get a person on the phone or by email instead of a robot anymore, and this place is one of them. What a gem. I will always use their service when I get the chance. Thank you Steve and Norma.

Amazing service! Whenever I travel to Portland OR Salem Oregon ever again this will be the only company I ever use The owner was the best and very helpful When all the national companies were unhelpful and woke and full of b*******. Crown rental owner Steve is a breath of fresh air.
