        While at this store I was treated very poorly by the workers. I was in the store for 30 minutes and talking with my sister, as she was checking out they preceded to whisper. One then approached me, very unprofessionally and rude accused me of shop lifting. I was very upset with how they treated myself and the situation.

        Last night was my prom night and me and my date wanted to check out pioneer place before it started. I happened to trip and fall into a puddle of water and got my dress wet. I was able to find a ranger who lead me to Francescas. The wonderful assistant manger came through and pulled out a steamer to help dry out my dress. An absolute life savior and such a cute store. 5/5 god bless
