        I ordered a cue that came with an extension and tip tool, but the item sent to me didnt contain those two items. Biggelbachs sent me a tip tool, two new tips, and a different extension that far exceeded the value of the extension that should have been with the original order, just to make the deal right. And with fast shipping too! This is a business that cares if their customer is happy. Absolutely recommend

      We are The Billiards Supplies Retailer and Pro Shop serving the Portland area and beyond! My husband Steve and I have been in the billiards industry for a collective 70 plus years as players. We started in business together in the early 2000s publishing a regional billiard-related newspaper called On The Wire. I primarily published the paper while he gave billiards lessons and did pool cue repair. We had a retail storefront in downtown Troutdale where we eventually grew into a full-service man cave store!
