We had issues with our e-bike and the manufacturer was not helpful. After two months, we finally brought the bike to Kai at Upcycles and they repaired the issue immediately, and for a super fair price. Highly recommend this place.

He did a great job assembling my new bike. Kai was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I will definitely be using Upcycle to service my Rad power bike!!

Two bikes: One was a full tune up, the other just new tubes. $260 all together. Both bikes went flat after one ride. Replacing tubes and fixing tires is clearly listed on the website as a service covered under a tube up, so basically we got screwed. Kai is a nice guy so I won’t give this One Star but I’m heated. Go somewhere else

Owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He had great suggestions for options to fix up my commuter. It’s refreshing to be in a bike shop that isn’t pushing the most expensive components/options. Highly recommend.

This shop gives you advice, support, and recommendations in addition to straightforward service with a smile. 5/5 would visit again and again.
