Called up to get an adjustment on my bike that they don't carry and they said come on down I showed up and they took great care of me super good staff what an awesome place. Great selection of all kinds of e-bikes by the way amazing would recommend this company for sure very nice staff.

Sometimes the rating of a business is based on value, selection, service, etc. But I think an often overlooked measure is how problems are handled and solved and that's why I give this store 5 stars. I bought a Ebike rack for my trailer but after the rack broke, I discovered it was the wrong one for an RV. Cynergy and in particular Helen, stood by their reputation, principles, and integrity and made it right with a full refund. Helen was pleasant and professional, making the return experience way better than I had hoped. Thank you Cynergy. Even there are much closer bike stores, I will always drive there for advice, purchases, and service.

They carry the biggest selection of E bikes in Portland. The have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
