Heather is brilliant! She is highly skilled, listens carefully, and really understands the look I want. My hair is thick and wavy and Heather knows exactly how to work with it. I always leave Headtrip feeling great and looking my best. I have sent friends to Heather and they rave about her.

Ray was a very unpleasant and cold person I had bought a haircut and full foil services off of Groupon and I came all the way to her place of business which was about 20 minutes from where I live I paid to park I went in I sat down she basically told me that she could not do anything to my hair she wouldn't cut it she wouldn't foil it she wouldn't lighten it she couldn't do nothing to it because why cuz my hair is dark she says black but no it's more of like a dark brown she tells me that she cannot put any bleach in my hair because it will fall out or turn orange now listen I've went to cosmetology school myself and I know for a fact that there's toners that you can use and there's things that you can can do that will not make it orange and she was just very very rude and I would not recommend this place to anybody if I could I would give 0 stars for this!

Ray has been my hairstylist for over 20 years. She has consistently been professional and punctual. Ray is friendly, kind and most definitely NOT a cold person. I believe she puts in quality work whether it's for a full price service or finding her on Groupon. I suggest if you use Groupon to read all the details in full before having expectations that are not reasonable or realistic for your current hair situation. Anyway, if you want a hairstylist who is efficient and an expert I highly recommend Ray. She is always so reliable and always does an amazing job with my hair.
