Working with Brian to file bankruptcy was the best decision I could’ve made! From the consultation to the end he was there to make sure I was prepared for every detail. Brian was quick to answer all questions and very reactive to responding to any needs I had during this process. I ended up having to file with very little notice and he fit me in to an appointment that evening to make sure I did not receive a garnishment. I would hands down recommend him to anyone needing to file for bankruptcy!

Brian was a great advocate to have while getting my credit card debt discharged. I was referred to Brian from a colleague/acquaintance who had previously hired him to help her with a chapter 13. I filed his contact info knowing that, at some point, I was probably going to need to reach out to him regarding having to possibly file for bankruptcy. When I finally decided to reach out to Brian, he was generous with his time on the initial consultation call and really listened to my situation, which I greatly appreciated. And after assessing my situation, he mentioned that he felt confident I was a good candidate for chapter 7. I was very nervous about the whole procedure, but he "held my hand" the whole way and was very attentive, amiable and responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process.
