        I never thought I’d give a one star review to a bank. Like what could really go wrong? Worst COVID experience I’ve had at a bank. I was asked to remove my mask indoors and was grilled on my expired license by a teller whose mask sat beneath her nose the entire time she spoke. I go to the bank weekly for my job and have gone to other Umpqua locations during the pandemic, they never give me a hard time for me expired ID nor have I ever been asked to remove my mask. Unsafe and rude service.

        I'm extremely frustrated that the hours for this location haven't been changed. I went off of the time posted for this business on Google, I went out of my way to get to this location just to find that it closed 30 minutes before I arrived. Second disappointment in one day Umpqua. I don't think I will be opening an account here after all.
