        Always have had a great experience with the all the staff here. They are super kind and dedicated to their jobs. I have never had a bad experience here. Sanja, Moe, Dustin, Sam and Conner are the best ppl working at this location. They treated my mom who doesnt speak English with respect and tht for me means the world. For ever happy I came across this location with enthusiastic kind helpful people. Though they may be short In staff their smiles when greeting me makes up for it !!!

        I have issues with credit cards. I tried to set an appointment to resolve this. No appointments available!! I tried calling them and talking to a real person. No luck there either!!! This is going to affect my credit score probably. So yeah, BoA sucks [or maybe I'm just unlucky in some ways. Who knows?]

        The 4:00 pm Monday - Friday closure is not convenient for the customer. Who does this serve? Certainly not the customer. 4:00 - 5:00 pm a convenient time for people ending their work day to do baking. Please re-think these hours.
