        In the March 26thI just tried to do online banking to deposit my check form another bank to bank America..I just made a little mistake with this check..i tried to deposited couple times with this check..they just closed my check account and everything..since yesterday I got my letter from Bank of America..they said they closed my checking account and my on line bank too..thats ridicules..I really dont know everything..this morning I went Bank of America..one guy who works there he helped me a little bit but another man who is the manager..he said he cant do nothing now..just wait..how long?because this is tax season..I sent tax checks from this bank by April 8th..they closed my account before April 1st or April 2nd..I didnt know..they didnt say how much money they will give me back back ..just you cant deposit money and close my online banking too.I am so stressful for this ..never happened for me and that kind of case..if they closed my account..I called many times for them..but they just said can not help me..if you guys closed my account..you need give me correct money back for balance account and I will try deposit to another bank..I need rewrite check for tax return to government..I dont want the same thing happen..they dont understand?!!!!.that was terribleno more bank of American deposit..I just want they give me money back. As soon as possible and I can rewrite check to IRS for tax..thank you!!!!!!!!!!!I just want you guys know how stressed for me..why you guys closed my account..I didnt do nothing wrong..anyway..I am so disappointed for bank of Bank of America..what did they do?!!

        Terrible service, maybe when I stop paying my cc youll actually want to work with me. Shut the door in my face, not a good look. Changing banks. Fn worthless, while every other bank out here in the same lot are open and working.

        Worthless service. Regretting opening a cc with them now, as Im now required to open a bank account with them to make a payment. Went to the bank to open one, got a door shut in my face, while clearly there are other client in the lobby. Its ok Ill just not pay till they actually want to work with me.
