I am giving them 2 stars.
Because I want to be Generous
But I had never felt more offended in my life.
I have been part of the Mercedes family as long as I can remember so my family as well.
But the level of this disrespect was of the charge.
To this day, I am not sure if it's related to a racist issue. They diagnose my car wrong multiple times
And charge me without even working in my car at all. I know this because I bought a scanner, and all they did was lied to me clearing the codes .Salem location is definitely the worse in this regard don't go there if you care about your car and customer service
I don't know about you, but I call that stealing from people.
The customer service Mercedes at the Salem location, , is a joke just awful.
To the point where I am starting to lose confidence in the Mercedes service department to this day,
I'm losing the desire to bring my car to them for maintenance.
I reach multiple times to customer service to let them know what happened in both location and to this day.They haven't Even bother to To reach back to even offer an apology. Yes, it is that bad.

I've always had a great experience with MB of Beaverton. This was our 4th service on our 2nd MB from here. Andy is so fun to work with, really everyone we've dealt with have been very helpful.
Got a loaner this time since it was a longer service, fun little electric to use for a few hours.

Always great customer service. I've been shopping for another vehicle and will likely stick with Mercedes because of the excellent care I get for maintenance and repair service.
It's the Nordstrom of luxury vehicles.

Just had my first A service from the service department at Beaverton Mercedes. Very professional and down to earth communication skills with their team. Highly recommend the services!

Called this place multiple times to get a service appointment. They took my number down every time and never called me back.
