Discount Muffler and Auto Repair

I have no idea how this business got so many positive reviews. I need my catalytic converter protected due to many thefts at work.. I was told to show up twice and the first time Jasper showed up 20 minutes after I was told to be there. He gave me his personal cell number and said he would try to fit me in the next Saturday cause he wanted to do me a favor. I said I would wait if he needed more time but when I called he said to come at noon the next day. I showed up and the place was empty. I wasn't told call first to see if he could fit me in situation. Both times were show up at a specific time. If I had been told to call first I would have saved a lot of money in gas. I know he's moving his shop but I wasn't given a new address. I don't know how they get away with not following through on what they say
