    Shady!! They can give a free estimate but only verbally, if I want something in writting they need an appointment. Yet they can go outside and give me a verbal estimate at anytime... Felt shady to me. ..

    BEWARE! I would recommend that you find another auto body shop before starting business with this company. This is the first time that I have used an insurance recommended body shop. BIG MISTAKE. I will not ever do that again. I should have listened to my Grandpa.... He told me to never use their "partners"! I had this car for about 4 months and someone pulled out in front of me and did some minor damage to the car. Long story short, after I picked up my car and looked over it the next day. The hood didn't match up on the drivers side with the front fender. I went back into the shop and spoke with Derrick. He told me to bring the car back the next day and the technician will look at it and get it handled. He told me to come back anytime. I went back the next day and he said that they were on lunch and asked to come back the next day. I drove back to the shop the following day and Derrick told me that he talked to the tech and he stated that the reason it didn't match up was there was prior damage to the car. I asked him why they didn't point out to me that the work they were doing was not going to match up with the existing fender on the drivers side. Either at the time of repair or pick up? He said that he should have mentioned it, but didn't. I received a quick survey via text and obviously didn't give them a raving review. I was then contacted by the assistant manager. I believe his name was Louis. He told me to bring the car back in and they would resolve the issue. I went in the following Monday and he told me the technician was out on vacation to come back the following week and he could "take a look at it". He was back pedaling on his "come down and we will make it right for you, especially since it was never pointed out to you or brought to your attention". The technician hasn't even taken a second look at my car! After a total of 5 trips to this place, I decided to cut my losses and try and someone else from being taken advantage of from your insurance's "preferred partners"

    They did a great job on our vehicle! Front-end was damaged (it wasn't my fault, really!). It now looks as good as the day we bought the car from the dealership. The job was completed 2-days ahead of schedule. They made the whole process very quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this shop.
