If you are looking for a lawyer who is sharp, experienced and reliable - Jack is the best. Jack setup all the contracts for my software consulting business about six years ago. I've grown to trust him tremendously. To date he reviews all the legal issues that come into my world, including contracts and prospective opportunities.
