I got divorced a couple of years ago, and it is a painful process that is sometimes inevitable. I doubt that anyone who goes through a divorce finds the experience rewarding. Having said that, I'm very pleased with the legal advice and representation I got from Herb. In my opinion, he's extremely knowledgeable, has a lot of experience in family law, and I believe that he went above and beyond to help me get through a very stressful time. The same goes for his assistant Lee Ann. They are both highly skilled, and highly professional. Since the divorce, I have continued to use their services for other legal matters like wills, and I plan to continue using them for any legal concerns, should the need arise. I couldn't be more pleased with their services

Ive only had the pleasure of having competent lawyers represent me from accross the table from Herb. At the same time, Ive paid much of Herbs fees through my divorce. I wouldnt say he is any cheaper... Collaborative Divorce Lawyer, means you will spend more money, and time, on his niche approach. Brevity in his correspondence is unheard of, many three paragraph essay was responded to in one sentence from my attorneys. This is just my experience, yours may be different. Weirdly, with the collaborative approach, I never once met with Herb in person. Everything was hashed out through over a year and a half of responding to his long emails... Like with any lawyer, ensure they are in good standing with the OR bar.
