Im so disappointed in the service I received from this company. In january of this year I put in a work order with my property management that my oven was not lighting properly. They hired Hattans to repair it. Hattans sent out a tech who claimed it needed a new part and said they would order it. A month or two goes by and when the part comes in, another tech comes by to install it, only to say its the wrong part and that they need to order something else. At this point I wasnt mad- accidents happen. Now, months are going by. Im emailing monthly asking for updates, and every time I get a response saying I will look into this but no one ever looks into it. I finally sent out one final firm email saying if it wasnt fixed in the next week I was reporting them to my management company. Suddenly the part was in and the could fix it that week. No one shows up for the appointment, and I get an email that night saying theyre no longer working on my oven. My property management hired a different company to fix it, and today within 15 minutes, they had my oven up and running again. It didnt even need a new part at all; it just had a dirty sensor. Over 6 months of back and forth and two different techs and NO ONE thought to just clean the sensor off. I would not trust these people to work on any appliances.

Horrible customer service - Jessica left rude messages saying theyve been trying to reach me all week (its been three days), when I had already returned her calls to schedule. Check your voicemail. Clearly dodged a bullet - definitely wont be using them!

Avoid like the plague. My experience with this technician was one of the worst I have ever had. He was rude, unprofessional and argumentative from beginning to end. He did not introduce himself and barged into my home in a rush, and wanted me to sign the completed job form before he had even begun. I thought this was odd and wanted to be sure the repairs were completed to a reliable standard and explained that I would sign the form once the repair was completed. This upset the technician who then handled the repair in a rushed, and clumsy fashion, banging many of the parts into place. Watching this I was worried that the technician would damage my refrigerator further instead of fixing it. After the repair was completed, the technician rudely demanded that I now sign the document. I said that I wanted to test the doors just to be sure everything was smooth, to which he replied that "You are not my boss, or an inspector. I am doing you a favor here and I can leave stating refusal to sign document". Totally uncalled for and unprofessional, how would he talk to my wife if I wasn't there? He even shouted obscenities once he exited the door. I have never had such poor service before and am shocked that Hattan hires such individuals to represent their brand. It is a significant amount of trust customers put into companies like yours when strangers are let into their homes, especially when spouses and children are present. This individual is clearly in business for himself and does not have your customers interests at heart.
