Very friendly staff! Daphne has been very helpful during the application process all the way to the move-in date. She continuous to stay on top of things, answering questions and helping whenever needed. Look forward to living in this wonderful resident place.

I've lived here for a small amount of time, and I got to say coming into the leasing office is always a great experience. Last few times I came in, I had genuine and hilarious conversations with the leasing agents, Tyler and Daphne, and they make the living experience here top notch !! Its the little things for me that make such a big impact on the quality of the entire apartment complex. Thanks for making this community feel so welcoming!!!! I love the area, and this apartment is one of the best I've had in a long time. BREATH OF FRESH AIR for Portland apartment living !!

Over a year past move out were just now being charged for a carpet replacement fee & sent to collections when that was never told to us upon move out in August of 2020. We were never informed of any move out fees being owed when we called multiple times. I provided them my correct forwarding address & they didn't put that as their forwarding address.

I moved into commons at Sylvan about a year ago it was a great experience moving in I had a lot of help at the office from Scott vorel. I have had No problems the time Ive been here and they have lots of space to walk around ur dogs.

Lived here a year they are very professional some of the best, and one in particular his name is Scott, Scott the magnificent actually, he's by far the best, dude is the most friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with he went above and beyond dealing with an issue give that man the keys to the Kingdom!!!
