Located in industrial area of the Pearl District with many newly constructed buildings and close to great neighborhood parks bringing diverse community and families a unique place to live and thrive in this urban environment. I love being close to everything and not even needing to use a car much of the time. Usually quite quiet at night as well!

living here has been great! Itâ€™s close to everything I need. And they just replaced the laundry machines. Theyâ€™re so easy to use. No quarters needed and work really well!

The view of the grain Mills on the east side of the Willamette (from my balcony) adds to the urban feel of this newish, and still developing area of NW Portland. Also, the trains at night have a melancholy, but not invasive sound... I like it
