I got approved but decided not to get the apartment. Linda has been AMAZING every step of the way. Answered all my questions and even tried to help after I decided not to the get the apartment. She makes the process super easy.

I've lived here since December and I love it! I like the way utilities are divided among the tenants. The apartment manager Linda is wonderful, she's very communicative, helpful, and kind. She leaves snacks out and makes the place really feel like a home. I feel very safe and secure here. It's a great place to live.

This is a beautiful historic building with a lot of charm. Hard wood floors and new appliances and storage available in the basement.

tiny apartments and people come in off the street and breakin. thats what the staff told me.

Inside is clean, unique, historical beauty. Manager is dedicated and keeps our immediate area safe, attends all neighborhood and county meetings. The ONLY difficulty would be for the most beautiful apartments with gorgeous windows and sunshine also being privy to beginning of the month above average noise. Windows are effective if you have indoor AC and use the excellent leave no mark window putty, at cutting sound. Open windows provide a nice breeze. I live on the inner side and love my aged brick wall view. I never hear a sound. I get very little breeze, but with only indirect sunlight my place stays nice. We are right on the Line of old town and the Pearl, so Restaurant deliveries are fantastic. Plus going for a walk can be interesting Pearl chic or the genuine efforts of so many trying to make a few feet of side walk feel like home. Approximately once a week a man or woman is yelling at _____ & are better left to the world they are in. I walk the 8 or so blocks to Saturday Market. Every sort of bus route is nearby. Bottom Line!! Almost every neighborhood is touched by IV Addiction, needle littler, and the many many psychiatric patients who have no advocates. Some are self medicating and some are are not, it is their disease you see. Everett Micro-Lofts cant be blamed for this.
