        Went to look at an apartment. Much smaller than I anticipated. Completely turned off while waiting for the manager and witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot.

        I was a Dalton Park resident under BlueStoneHockley I gave them 30 day notice and left the place cleaner than others. The dish washer never worked,they knew it didn't work, they charged $60.00 for door knobs which I left the old ones there, charged. 150.00 for carpet cleaning the carpet wasn't all bad. Not a 150.00 dollars worth of cleaning. Now have the nerve to say I owe them $275.84. These apartments aren't the same, think twice before putting in an application. The parking sucks. A lot of unsupervised kids play in the parking lot. The onsite management is always changing like we change socks. I disagree of these charges
