they charge some unknown utilities charge at move out but could not explain what it was for. Very poor customer service

This place is managed by Fortress property management. They along with the previous manager at this property were very dishonest and at times when I have interacted with them, I would describe them as lazy, incompetent and even rude. As a result of this type of behavior on their part I ended up having to pay fees I should never have had to pay in the month I was to move out of My apartment unit. Beware to future tenants- even for the smallest thing, get it in writing because they will charge you and blame you for not getting it in writing.

stopped by to look at an apartment for rent today and the manager was extremely helpful and nice although the office isn't open full time i left a message and the manager called back later that day and answered all my questions the apartments are fairly tucked back off the road it was quaint and quiet the property was clean and had a wonderful court yard including a pet station pathways a basket ball court a play set for children and a concrete pad for barbecuing and patio furniture the inside of the apartment i looked at was clean and all the neighbors were quiet and nice ✔😃
