The Fifty at Division

The brand names of all these developements are so dumb, and the buildings are usually ugly. We all gotta walk by this stuff every day, whether we live in the buildings or not, so that's my review.

Cassie was a great help in the leasing office. We found similar places with similar amenities...But the staff at The Fifty responds promptly and are quick to respond with answers. This made all the difference. The location is wonderful, and the rooftop deck is amazing. This is a great community to consider being your next home. Dog Friendly.

I have been moving in over the month of December, and I am so beyond impressed with the building itself and the leasing staff. A huge shoutout to Andrew who has been SO easy to work with throughout this process. He has been incredibly communicative and able to help me with anything I need. I can’t wait to get settled in - I can already tell it will be a great place to call home!

Andrew and Michelle were fantastic to work with. I also loved for a year at the lofts down the street, which is managed by the same team. They're understanding, communicative and they come through with what they say they're going to do. If I hadn't bought a house i would definitely still be there.
