Crown Royal Apartments

I had to break my lease and it cost me a month and a half’s rent which I paid on time. I moved out over 31 days ago and still haven’t received my deposit. The bills for water and trash are split between all the units and are not clear at all. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend living here

I just recently moved out of my apartment at Crown Royal (for reasons unrelated to them at all) and I had a really hard time saying goodbye because the staff there (the manager Lauren, the leasing agent, the maintenance workers) are just all so wonderful. They’re so kind, down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful, etc. etc. and the place is just run so well. From maintenance requests to random questions to just about anything, it was never less than 100%. If and when I move again, I would definitely consider going back to Crown Royal or at least a property managed by the same company.

I've lived here since 2019 and I've found it to be a clean, safe, and conveniently located complex. The neighborhood is one of Portland's best. And the staff has always been polite and responsive to my needs. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Pretty solid for the area and the price. We'll maintained, although older buildings. Friendly staff. Staff has always been responsive to questions/needs.

The 4 stars instead of 5 for noise and safety are because of the neighborhood. While I love our neighborhood it can be loud in the summer due to local businesses and the safety is due to the fact that we live in a city with sometimes aggressive people on the street. There is little Crown Royal can do to change that. I love the double paned windows! The little patios are nice to have. The Crown Royal team is great!!
