TLDR; short staffed, but still had great service. Food was mid. Food was fine. My ribs were burnt on one side and a little dry, but it was probably because they were short a cook. They were significantly short staffed last Monday when i visited. I appreciate the service and hard work despite the conditions. Probably not good to overwork the employees who showed up. I hope at the very least, the service workers who showed up were rewarded for their hard work. They were short a cook and like three other servers + a host. Did what they could to seat us and get food to us. It was a longer wait than usual, but what can you do when 4+ people are out.

Horrible experience, from staff, where we got sat at. Worst time to go eat is 11am, workers hate to work and clearly dont want to be there.
