I was having a TIA&didnt receive basic assessment or care. Dumped in the ER and w/o even IV access. They wouldnt bring my walker and left me without a wheelchair at the ER. I filed a complaint and the patient advocate was abrasive and condescending and hung up on me. If you get this ambulance company youre probably not going to survive

If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! While I appreciate the service they provided their billing dept is awful. I'm being harassed by a collection agency for a bill I never received. As someone who always pays my bills and values my high credit rating, I followed up immediately after receiving info from collections but have not been able to get any information from AMR on the supposed outstanding balance. The billing dept is overseas and after spending 3+ hours total on this I can't get through to anyone locally who cares about giving me information I need. AWFUL.

Called because I was in hypertensive crisis (250/150 and 187/123 something like that) during the rideand the employee of AMR took BP a couple times not believing the High results and told in his report that I had gastric issues. ? He also was doing some gaslighting. Hes not a Dr. and should not try diagnosing patients. His bedside manner should be taken up with the HR Dept. I left the Hosp due to so many Covid and flu patients waiting. And it smelled like vomit. Also I was put in the lobby waiting area and told by him it would be more than 5 hrs to be seen. Could not understand why when my BP was itself emergent.
