My rating is for Jamie at the front desk and Jamie only. Since moving out of town getting my prescription filled has been a 2 to 3 week endeavor. Having to liaison between pharmacies, and whatever receptionist is sending, my prescription can be a 3 to 6 step process, dependent on how accurately my request is taken. After struggling since spring of last year, Jamie offered me her extension to be able to reach out going forward to have something as simple as a prescription sent over to the pharmacy
Its really hard to find somebody who actually seems like they care about the concerns you are having in the healthcare system and actually advocates to helping. That IS Jaime.

Avoid Dr Gray at all costs. Acts like she doesn't wanna be there, cancels your appts so many times you now have to be seen as a new patient and somehow passed medical school with the knowledge that positive tests aren't really positive and don't mean anything. Trust your medical care elsewhere.
