A1 Auto Towing

A true gentlemen. He went above and beyond. At the beginning of a cross country move from Washington to Florida, our SUV towing a trailer broke down on I-84 outside of Pendleton at 5 pm on Friday in 95 degree heat. Our roadside assistance assigned A1 Towing to pick us up. The owner arrived ahead of schedule and towed our vehicle and trailer. All of the local mechanic shops were closed by this time. The tow company owner called a local shop he knew might be open on Saturday, explained our situation and asked if they could help us out. He also suggested hotels in the area and then proceeded to drop our trailer off at the one hotel who had openings. He then towed our car to the shop and offered to drive my husband back to the hotel. In the end we were able to get our car fixed on a Saturday compared to having to wait until Monday when all the other shops reopened, thanks to his call. He was so kind and professional. He showed so much empathy for our family throughout the whole process. So blessed to have broken down where we did to have crossed paths with an amazing tow service and gentleman. Awesome service! Had an appointment to meet at 3:30 and the driver arrived EARLY! Very professional and friendly. Best prices in Pendleton. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was great. We got locked out of our vehicle and had to call our insurance. A-1 was there within 20 minutes and had the job done in 10 minutes. Very professional and quick service.
