Arne's Sewer and Septic Service

We found our septic tank was not working on a Friday night. We called Arne's to leave a message. To our surprise, Arne himself answered the phone and we explained what was going on. He talked us through a sequence to manually pump our tank down so we could use the system over the weekend. The next morning (Saturday) "Tom" from Arne's showed up early and told us he would be looking at the problem. He came back and gave us a cost estimate for installing a new float switch which had failed. We quickly approved the work and he installed the new parts quickly and also told us that our tank needed pumped which we didn't know anything about! He presented us with the bill for the work and it was exactly what he quoted us. They came later that same day and pumped our septic tank and set us up on an automatic 3-year pumping schedule. You cannot get service like this anymore and we were ignorant about our septic system. Arne's gave us a booklet which told us everything we needed to known about maintaining our septic tank and what not to put down the drains. We feel so lucky that we called Arne and that they gave us such good service. Tom especially was FANTASTIC! Thank You Arne's

They parked in the driveway and ran a hose to ensure no damage to my lawn. Quickly done and they even coiled up my hose after they used it to rinse off their wand. Will use again and recommend to others.

They dont clean there portable toilets regular sometimes 4 days some times 9 days or more and when its hot is extremely unsanitary. My contractors had to drive to town to find a bathroom the toilet was so bad. I called them numerous times to get them out to pump it.

Family owned business. Everyone is always so nice and helpful! Cleaned septic and gave their professional advice. Helped with a small repair. LOVE these guys!!!! If you dont use Arnies , you need to. They told use they would send us a reminder in mail when it was time to pump again- you cant beat that!!! Great prices too!
