They did respond quickly, which was appreciated, but they charge $100/hour and do not charge by the job. It's by time only. Beware as you may receive additional charges

Highway Robbery. I needed my outdoor faucet replaced. The very nice plumber went to replace it but the only one they had in stock was a more expensive (by $50) product. Thinking it would save me money I agreed to wait - OVER TWO WEEKS until the replacement arrived. Another very nice plumber came up and replaced the broken faucet. Little did I know that the labor charge would be $100 per hour. If your service call is less than an hour you still get charged the full $100! If the second visit went over an hour by 5 minutes you get charged $200!!! They seem to feel that this is fair and equitable but they should warn the customer of their ridiculous charge so the customer can take out a loan to pay their bill. Yes, I had to do just that.
Shame on Pendleton Plumbing.
