        Ive never been happy with this agent, Teri Reich. It has been problem after problem for 18 months so we terminated our policies and went to another company and even that was a problem. She is not friendly, quick to hang up the phone with you, solves less then half the problem, which she caused in the first place, and the only way we would receive complete resolution to those problems was going thru the main office number. Sorry Country Financial, but this agent is the ONLY reason we left the company. I would have given less than 1 star, but that was not an option.
