    I worked here, liked my job but have a bad taste for their supervisors. This is the kind of company that will hire you literally on the spot, not properly train you on the ins and outs of how operations work and finally see to it to make EVERYTHING out to be your fault. Management live and work in the Pasco area, so working with them on the problem areas is almost impossible due to it not being THEIR problem since they don’t see it everyday. Speaking of that, there’s mold in three different spots that the company knows about, so when mom or grandma has a breathing problem and they walk in the Pendleton office, guess what they’re and everybody’s getting lungs full of? That’s right. Mold. Back to management.. they play favorites with employees, people have threatened to shoot the office up and nothing more than a suspension came from that, yet they fired someone because of downsizing, but will pay Pasco drivers overtime to come to Pendleton for OT calls... but won’t send they’re own driver whom lives in Pendleton because he’s ill equipped to handle stress of any kind or life, really it causes one to think about the favorites game everyone’s heard about. Good luck to all their customers, the service is gonna be lackluster from here on out. Or maybe I’m just a disgruntled employee who got shafted hard by management due to my questions. Oh be sure to ask for refunds on your dry cleaning, they’ll give you one. Cheers!

    My friend’s husband was taken care of very well at the end of his life in Hospice with the help of In-Home Medical staff, especially Gladys. She was kind and caring and very knowledgeable. I like their nice store for products that help aging parents stay at home longer instead of ending up in a care facility too soon.

    This company is a joke. They take forever to process your prescriptions for medical supplies, they don't do any diligence in there effort to connect with healthcare providers, or get correct information for that matter. I waited for weeks with no information or updates as to why my supplies were taking so long to get and they just said my healthcare provider was not getting back to them, so I would call my provider and they would be like nope haven't seen anything. Turns out this company was sending my private information to my provider's previous place of employment in a completely different state on the other side of the country, Georgia!!! A simple google search provided her with a current phone number and address/fax number of my provider at the Grande Rhonde Hospital.... No aplogies, or even admitting that was a mistake, just side step the issue, with a "huh that is weird". The customer service rep. ordered the wrong supplies in the wrong style, and they still charged me full price, offering no help in trying to make it right. Then they drop the bombshell that the correct product will cost me over $900 a month out of pocket!!! To make matters worse, there billing department sucks as well. They take months to get your insurance billing figured out, which I do realize is somewhat on the insurance company too, but then once they stuck us with the bill, we had questions about my deductible and issues with the bill, and stuff not all the way figured out from the insurance side, so we just made a partial payment, which was suggested by a person in the Pendelton office, and now we get a nice bill (from the office in Pasco Washington) with this threatening language on it saying if we don't pay in full, they will send us to collections! This is really how this company does business!!! The right hand doesn't know what the left is even doing, and they don't even care for that matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headache and stress!
