Dropping me as a customer because I wasn't with them as long as others (not my fault) and not offering any alternative, more or less saying, goodbye and good luck. Very disappointed in how they treated me.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.
This year they started cutting current clients based on how long the customer was with them and I think at this point, their remaining clients have been with them for 10+ years. They've lost some key people over the years and have been unable to replace them causing a failure in business services.
Because of these ongoing staffing, health, and family issues - it's become impossible for them to accept new clients, and difficult to get client's taxes completed in a timely manner.
In my case, they failed several years in a row to get my taxes in before the deadline, which was getting more and more annoying since I was provided information in a timely manner. Prior tax preparers got my taxes done fast, and that's what I'm accustomed to.

Update
I went to a new tax preparer this year, from a neighboring town, who has strong reviews. They had no problem getting my taxes done on time, since I always do most of the legwork by completing a tax planner. Very pleased, and no more stress wondering when my taxes will be done.

Been with them for years...
Love them and would recommend them to families friends... never once did they disappoint anyone I know that goes..
