My wife and I recently purchased a home in Lincoln City, Oregon and needed some advice on whether our roof was in need of replacement or just repair. As you can imagine, not having worked with this company before or having the expertise of the condition of the roof, I felt we were at the mercy of the contractor's recommendation. Charles promptly returned my call for an inspection appointment. He was on-time and professional throughout the inspection. He didn't try and up sell or recommend a replacement of the roof but instead recommended general maintenance items to be addressed, which he offered to take care of at no cost. I really appreciated the offer but more importantly his honest recommendations. He even shared best practices when it comes to safety and specifics on general maintenance for the roof on our home. When it comes time to replace our roof, we will definitely be calling Charles at Jagow & Son Roofing.
