Sanetel Pumps

Highly recommend Sanetel!! Both times we have called they were immediately out to our house. They came out because our well was not pumping and we were without water . They installed a new pump the very next day so we were only affected for 1 day. Will definitely be using them from now on.

Ive worked with Bryan on several well/water projects. When things fall out of expected/agreed bounds, he is proactive about adjusting charges to reflect the final outcome. Ill definitely work with him again.

During the recent ice storm, our pressure tank and shed were knocked over by a tree. Bryan told us that he couldn't do anything for us until we got power back, but he assured us that when we got power he'd do all he could to try to get running water to us again. His reassurances meant a lot to us. And when the power came back on, Sanetel came out to fix our tank. It was a real mess out there and the tank had to be up-righted, replumbed and rewired. By the time he left a few hours later, we had running water for the first time in nearly 12 days. We are so grateful for his skill and very hard work. We have used Sanetel Pumps before a few times and would continue to do so.

Had a problem restarting our pump after the power outage. Called late Friday afternoon, not really expecting anyone to answer the phone. But Bryan was there and he patiently and expertly guided us through the process to manually restart the pump. So much appreciate this act of goodwill. Thanks Bryan!!!
