Shauna at Grounded Properties is responsive and professional. Her use of online technology made the leasing process very easy and the automatic monthly rent payments are very convenient. I have always had very prompt responses to any communications I have had with her, and any issues were quickly resolved. Also, she is very good at communicating information regarding maintenance to the building or parking spaces that could impact my schedule. Excellent service.

I absolutely love working with Shauna and Grounded Properties. From my initial interest in viewing properties to managing the day to day items that come up while leasing my business space through her, I just couldn't ask for more. Additionally, the historic spaces she had to show really switched my "shopping" experience from depressing to very inspiring. Couldn't be happier!

The manager is poor at communicating and slow to deal with issues on repair. Shows up late to appointments. Their management unprofessional and confrontational when there is a complaint. I would not advise anyone to use their services.

I have been a tenant with Grounded Properties for almost 2 years now. Shauna, my property manager, has been rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent when handling simple tasks that are within her responsibilities. When asking for clarification or information, I am meet with defensiveness. On multiple occasions she has raised her voice at me, called me crazy, and blamed me for being "the issue". This doesn't even include the shotty maintenance work that has been given to us as "the solution" on many occasions Our building has been infested with mice since I moved in and they have only set up a few mouse traps one time. I had to beg Shauna to have our locks changed when we had a break in. These are just a few examples of her negligence. I would never recommend her or her business to anyone, not even an enemy.
