After four years this review was just brought to my attention. I am the superintendent for John Jones Construction Inc. and am responsible for all year end warranties. After reading Mr. Tatones review I was shocked. After completing Michael's year end warranty list there was just one item left to address. A 1/2" X1" barcode sticker on some flashing on the roof. It had been about a week and a half after completing the year end warranty list since I had talked with Michael,when he wanted to know when the sticker was going to be removed. I had told Michael that I hadn't forgotten about it but didn't know the exact day I would be able to make it. That's when he told me maybe he should go ahead and take care of it himself. By this time he was mad, which made the situation to spiral out of control. Owner John Jones was not contacted about the complaint nor did Michael specify in this review. I know John Jones takes pride in his business, work and his good name!
