Mark and his assistance cleaned my Travertine floors this week. Very professional and they did an excellent job. The improvement was great. I requested a estimate for them to return to clean my carpets.

I called and spoke to Mark. He was very friendly and helpful to me as I needed a quick turn around time and they were scheduling a little bit further out then I needed. Mark told me how to search out the best qualified and his office staff sent me an email with recommendations. Above and beyond great service.

We had Nicholas Carpet Care out to our new house to clean the carpets. Once they arrived, they discovered some damage/issues with the floors that meant they couldn't be safely cleaned and needed to be replaced. They took the time to walk us through what work needed to be done, made some recommendations on companies to use, and in the end didn't even charge us for the time they spent helping us. I'd highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service...we'll be using them when we're ready to get the new carpets cleaned. Service: Carpet cleaning
