Appreciated their search website to help use our time efficiently while searching for a property and sending notifications based on selected parameters. Virtual tours were a great option! We just purchased a home, and we are thrilled that Roland was our realtor. We were doing our search long-distance, and Roland did all the leg work for us. I don't even remember how many video tours he did for us over the months, always cheerful, helpful, and willing to travel up and down the coast to do the tours. He informed us about houses as soon as they came on the market so that we could view them quickly. We were particular in the type of house and location that we wanted and Roland was the epitome of patience as he helped us! ALWAYS kind, cheerful, honest, and so knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate. When we found The House, Roland was there every step of the way with invaluable resources, from inspections to closing.
