        Great customer service. For being a tiny town, I am happy with the internet they supply. It isn’t going to be as fast as in a city, but it is sufficient and I appreciate the hard working team.

        Internet connection drops frequently, phone does not work consistently, was told if I didn't like the service to just disconnect it. They really need to invest in there company. With that said they really have the market with the only available internet service to my area.

        For a small town telecom company that was bought by a larger company, it has seemingly hit a stand still. Charter has moved into the area with fast connections for the same price. They require you to have a long distance connection for their DSL service. Connection dropped frequently and support more or less said turn the modem off then back on. They really need to invest in their business before they lose too many customers.
