        One the best apartments I've ever lived in, Vicki the manager is a wonderful person. Maintenance was always done timely and well. As a student at WOU it was a quick walk to campus and I never felt unsafe.

        We lived here for 2 and a half years and never had a problem. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and he’s a really nice guy. The manager is always at the office and easy to get a hold of. The apartments themself are in good condition and clean. It’s a nice place to live for not bad rent pricing. We were students at WOU so it was a nice walk to campus. It’s a safe environment, most people are students there. Overall, we had a good experience and got all our deposit back and never had a problem with management.
