When my septic backed up at 12 at night, I knew I had to wait until morning to call someone. But emailed Charlie to see if I could get on his schedule, thinking I wouldn't hear anything until morning. But, he replied immediately. He was able to come out the next day. With my husband deployed, Charlie dug up my tank for me. He was honest about my failed tank and didn't take advantage. He could have pumped it and then required me to pump again after the tank needed to be replaced but just got us running until we could a new tank installed. Would recommend him to everyone. We didn’t realize that our septic system was due for pumping and service. On a Saturday afternoon we determined it needed to be addressed right away. We checked around and were referred to Bennett Septic Services. Charlie Bennett answered our questions by phone and then came out within 45 minutes on a Saturday to pump and service our system. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive, but his service was better than anyone out there. We will absolutely continue to use this company and recommend them to everyone.
