Should have reviewed others' experience before wasting 3 weeks trying to get these folks to call me back. Same story with me, multiple calls and texts zero progress. First it was Bruce, then Bruce passed me off to Noah, then reminders, and still nothing. If you don't need new business, just tell us, rather than stringing us along and delaying our project. Thanks for nothing!

I ordered a garage door and opener in January. It finally came, but was the wrong door. The installer was fabulous. We contacted Bruce and he re-ordered the door. It was installed the end of May. Bruce discounted the door for the inconvenience. The installer was fabulous and Bruce was wonderful.

Awful customer service. Can't rate them on their performance because they never showed up. The first appointment we scheduled was canceled by them. Rescheduled and verified that we had to be present, they said yes so we canceled plans to make it happen. They sent a text the night before saying they would be there. They were a no show. We called to find out what was going on and they never called back. I've never encountered such an unprofessional company. Contracted through Home Depot.
