I had a great experience with Town & Country Chrysler. My navigation system in my 2010 van was giving me problems. I called and spoke to the person who sold me the van, Jon McCrary, and he had me bring it in for service. He setup the appointment and followed the repair from start to finish. Jon and the entire service staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They fixed the issue and had me up and running in no time. I would recommend them for any sales or service issue you may have. Thank you again Jon for all of your help.

WOW. What can I say, very poor customer service. I purchased my new Jeep Patriot in March of this year, 7 months later it is in the shop needing the transmission repaired. First that says a lot about the quality of the products that they provide. My Jeep went into the shop the day before Thanksgiving. I was not offered any type of alternate transportation to get me through the holidays nor any type of service or apology for my troubles. They basically told me I was "lucky" to have purchased a new vehicle because I have a warranty. To me a warranty is a piece of mind, 7 months after purchasing a brand new vehicle I should not have to bring it into the shop for a major repair. And their new sales team is a joke...someone was suppose to call me back first thing Friday, after numerous failed attempts to reach a manager I finally received a call at 12:30. And what they offered me for my Patriot as a trade was an even bigger joke. Apparently the "new ownership" of this dealership does not know anything about customer service, I will never bring my Jeep here again for service or trade.
