Rogue Disposal & Recycling

This is the worst disposal company Ive ever dealt with! My trash lid was open maybe an inch and I get charged for extra trash!

My family relocated to Medford from California several years ago and the difference in disposal & recycling services here is night and day. Every time I've ever contacted them, their customer service is excellent. So friendly and helpful. Every week our garbage is reliably picked up at the same time. The drivers are so friendly and never leave anything behind. When we've gone to the Transfer Station it is shocking how clean and organized it is. You could actually have a picnic there with beautiful Table Rock in the background. In California, everything is the absolute opposite, filthy, unreliable and they don't care if you don't like it. In Portland, OR, the crap hole of the state, they take ALL bins every week... here it's every other, and we PAY MORE!!! Why? And why bother with recycle? Jugs and cardboard, big deal! NOTHING ELSE! Oh and don't forget the 5' rule... they spend more time, getting off the truck to take a picture rather than just dumping it and putting a reminder sticky note on the can, My son works for Waste Management and he just got a $100 tip from a customer! I asked him WHY??? He said, "Oh the man is elderly and I dump it and wheel the cart up the driveway for him. It only takes a minute!" Yeah right... like that would EVER HAPPEN HERE! It's a good thing I'm not rich because if I was, I'd start up a new garbage removal business that actually does a great job of customer service.... not just LIP SERVICE!!!
