They are doing the roofs at my apartments, and it was estimated to take three weeks. This worked out to 3 buildings a week. A week later, they haven't fully finished one. They only had two workers to start, and they only worked half a day. After falling behind, some more workers would show up for half the day. Instead of finishing one building to full completion at a time, they have spread out over five buildings. Instead of tromping over someone's roof for just one day and moving on, they tromp over everyone's roof here and there for weeks. They park their trucks right behind people's vehicles and don't pay attention to when they are trying to leave. The person trying to get somewhere on time has to go track someone down with the keys to move the roofing truck. The first day they were here, they were blasting their radio so loud, we could hear it from the other building through our double-pane storm windows and with TV and air conditioner on!
