Beware Dave Harter's inflated pricing. He will charge you $149 to come to your house just to give you an estimate which he did not inform me of over the phone. He gave me an estimate on a future bath renovation project, which I thought was a bit high. I then decided to have him repair a leaky faucet so I could pay him for his time. He fixed one leaky hose bib (10 minutes and a rubber washer) and charged me $160! He wanted another $100 to fix a second. No thanks, Dave. Call someone else first!
