Older, Quiet comfortable park. I moved here in 2013, and its been a safe and relaxed place to live, my lot came with a large lot with plenty of space for my veggie garden. I grow over a dozen tomato plants, squash, beets and strawberries, I moved from a city where someone was always knocking on my door, in 5 years only people I know and want to see come by. Carefree does more community meals then many parks, the park provides the main course, starch and drinks we fill in with veggies, salads, bread and desert (plenty of home cooked food to go around)
The space rent is reasonable and includes, water, sewer, trash (personal cans and a dumpster area along with recycling conveniently placed around the park.
The park managers are around keeping the place running well and tidy.
They have two clubhouses the smaller one is used for smaller get togethers the larger is used for bigger holiday events it has a seperate entertainment room containing a tv (with comfortable seating) and a pool table. they also have a place setup to wash your car, with a hose ready to go.
I wish they had more trees but I see the damage the trees did to the asphalt, driveways.
