Veronica was VERY helpful right from my first phone call through to my purchase. She thoroughly answered ALL my questions and offered helpful information in addition. She went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was all we needed. I am VERY appreciative of her knowledge, professionalism and cheerful demeanor. I walked in and told the lady I needed a wheelchair. She asked me if I had taken all the appropriate measurements to get the right size. I said I had. She then asked me if I wanted to rent one or purchase one. I said I had a doctor's prescription and hoped to purchase through Medicare. "We don't do that." She referred me to another medical supply company. So I went out to my car and called them. They referred me back to her. I went back inside and asked about possibly renting a wheelchair for week while I tried to find a company that would accept Medicare purchase. She then informed me she had nothing available for rental. At this point, needing a wheelchair that day, I said I would just go ahead and purchase one. She then informed me she didn't have anything in stock. I left shaking my head. Why didn't she just tell me up front when I first walked in that she couldn't rent OR sell me a wheelchair???? Instead she wasted my time and sent me on a wild goose chase. Never going back.

Very good! I needed oxygen concentrator tubing. I brought a required prescription. I was immediately informed they don't bill medicare or deal with them, saving time and effort for both of us, which I appreciated. I was prepared to pay before coming in. What a nice easy purchase! She had good information, was helpful and cheerful. I recommend you call ahead with your details to help avoid delays and frustration. I personally am thrilled to finally have access to something close by, that I didn't want to order from the internet.
