Good experience when I had my gallbladder removed.

I had surgery to correct my "trigger thumb" on 1/16/2024. My entire experience was excellent. The administrative team was friendly, kind and helpful -- quickly returning my calls and answering my questions. Dr. Sternenberg MD was wonderful. He treated me with exceptional care during the procedure. The surgical team ? WOW ! Nurses: Lori; Jeff; Rhet and Kiki-- the medical assistant -- were organized, efficient, very kind and professional. All of them made an effort to put me at ease -- I was extremely nervous. I felt comfortable and safe from start to finish. It has been less than one month and my hand and thumb are healing very well. I am very grateful that I chose the Surgery Center of Southern Oregon for my care. Highly recommended !!!!

I was Assaulted on the Surgery Table by a Temp Service Scheduler that had a Grudge against me. She was not allowed in the Surgery Room, so the Attack was Covered up by the 5-8 People that Witnessed it. I was Rushed out the door by a Frantic Nurse(Taryn Schroeder)that would not give me Straight Answers to My questions. Sandee Stotler finished the Day on the Phones, and then Told not to Return. She fell through the Cracks in the System because she was not an actual Employee of the Surgery Center. (Temp-Service Worker Deniability) They acted like a Bunch of Criminals in Scrubs instead of Medical Professionals

Had a great experience at the Surgery Center with my knee replacement. Had some pretty intense pain after surgery and they helped releive pain pretty fast. Thank you for all your great service.
